FACL BC's annual Women's Social this year will be taking place on Thursday, May 29, 2025, 5:30-8:30pm, at Vancouver Club, with the theme of “Empowerment: Growth Through Mentorship & Meaningful Connection.”

This will be an inspiring and high-impact evening to connect meaningfully with fellow women in law and gain insight into the strategies that support long-term career success.

The evening will begin with a panel featuring leaders in the judiciary, private practice, in-house, and business who will share personal stories and perspectives on mentorship, business development, and building relationships that support career growth. This year's panelist's include May Au (lululemon), Serene Chow (Boughton Law Corporation), and Dana Martin (Scotiabank).

Following the panel, attendees will take part in a speed networking session. During this session, you’ll rotate through tables hosted by our special guests—experienced women lawyers and subject matter experts from diverse practice areas and fields such as marketing, finance, accounting, and business strategy. To close the evening, there will be open time to mingle, reconnect, and expand your network.
