Ahead of the 14th Annual Gala, we invite you to join us for our complimentary conference, featuring a panel discussion with the following three accomplished pan-Asian legal professionals who bring diverse perspectives and experiences from their personal journeys to leadership in the legal profession:

Each panelist holds a distinct leadership role within the profession and the community, offering attendees an opportunity to hear how leadership can take different forms and pathways.
In keeping with the theme of this year’s Gala, “Leading with Purpose,” the conference will include an engaging and interactive discussion on the many dimensions of leadership. Together, we will explore the meaning of leadership, the attributes that make leaders effective, and the importance of grounding leadership in purpose and community impact. Attendees will be encouraged to reflect on their own leadership potential and how they can apply the lessons shared to become leaders in their workplaces, their communities, and the broader society. Our hope is that the conversation will not only inspire attendees to pursue their goals with clarity and confidence but also remind us all that leadership rooted in purpose can be both ambitious and impactful, while remaining deeply personal.
Beyond inspiration, the conference aims to provide practical insights and role models for aspiring leaders, particularly for those from the pan-Asian community who may face unique challenges in the profession. The discussion underscores the idea that leadership is not only about personal advancement but also about building inclusive spaces, amplifying diverse voices, and contributing to systemic change.
The conference will be held in person at Vancouver Centre II, Skyview Lounge, 29th Floor, 733 Seymour Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 0S6. The conference venue is just a five-minute walk to the Gala venue!
